A national, provider-led coalition working on two equal fronts: enforcing the law, including parity and fair reimbursement, and confronting consolidation by holding insurers and platforms accountable.

People's Solidarity Fund (PSF)
A cooperative, community-owned model that pays providers directly and works alongside your coverage. No prior authorizations, claim denials, or clawbacks. One member, one vote.
