The Innovation Subcommittee develops practical, systems-level solutions to strengthen the behavioral health workforce, improve care delivery, and expand access to mental health services. Current areas of focus include alternative reimbursement models, cooperative care structures, and technology-supported approaches to more equitable service delivery.
