The Problem Is Structural

This crisis wasn't caused by clinicians or clients. It was engineered — insurers extract profit while violating parity laws and shifting the cost onto providers, clients, and communities.

Parity Violations

Parity laws exist, and insurers are allowed to ignore them — through prior authorizations, arbitrary limits, and standards never applied to medical care.

Reimbursement Manipulation

Unfair rates force clinicians out of networks, creating waitlists and cash-only care most people can't afford.

Administrative Overload

Credentialing delays, unpaid claims, and clawbacks are designed to exhaust providers and deter people from using their benefits.

Vertical Monopolization

Insurers own the networks, platforms, and PBMs — setting the rules, enforcing them, and profiting from the outcomes.

Our Commitment

Providers are tired of being overruled by insurers' algorithms. Clients are denied care their plans claim to cover. We're building mutually respectful systems where everyone can thrive. Our work is rooted in:

  • Expanding access to affordable care
  • Securing fair, sustainable compensation for providers
  • Advancing insurance transparency and accountability
  • Creating community-governed systems from the ground up
